JUST THE BEST- It makes the pasta I have been eating up until now feel shameful!

Full of flavour using Spelt flour, interesting shapes, and everyone loves it! This is my 2nd order and looking forward to the Pasta Cook book.

We switched from wholemeal pasta to the Northern Pasta Co.’s spelt pasta. It’s actually better in taste than ‘normal’ pasta and soooo much better for you!

Radiatori is the favourite so far - really good with sauces.

The Spelt pasta cooks quicker than the usual Durham wheat pasta from the supermarket. It's easier to digest too. I recommend this pasta!
