I was looking for an unusual Christmas present for my friend and she loved it !

I have lots of issues with most pasta, and have tried other brands of spelt pasta with mixed results...But this is amazing. Great flavour, excellent texture, and holds its shape. Will be buying this in future!

I have been seeing the ads everywhere and I LOVE pasta. Decided to treat myself for Christmas and boy I wasn't disappointed. Lovely texture, great taste and holds the sauce superbly.

Bought a bundle, and sauces, to try myself and give some as gifts. Everyone I gave it to has said how much they love the taste and how quick it cooks. The grandkids have asked me to buy some more which is high praise indeed. I’ll definitely be back for more and would highly recommend

Beautifully presented and well AC182884672 packed, so arrived in perfect condition. We’ve only tried one of the 6 varieties so far, but delighted with the Rigatoni and looking forward to trying more of the Good Stuff - Radiatori, Conchigliette, Fusilli, Gigi and Casarecce - which will expand my pasta experiences.

As an Italian/British living in the UK, I have always been fussy about the quality of dried pasta and when I came across the Northern Pasta company, which uses british spelt to make authentic Italian pasta, I thought I'd give them a try! I was not disappointed with the quality of the pasta! It holds the sauces really well, cooks beautifully "al dente" and moreover they are a British company and use British spelt and I am all for supporting small businesses using homegrown produce! The packaging is also sustainable and recyclable so I can highly recommend them!
