The pasta is really special. Full of flavour and texture that stays even when cooked or eaten cold. Good selection of differing shapes and comes in really stylish packages which are nice if giving to someone else as a small gift.
I’ve only used the radiatori, it was Al dente in 5 mins and delicious.
