Ease of order and next day delivery was impressive. It's not as impressive as the pasta. This is undoubtedly the very best spelt pasta I have ever eaten. Taste and texture brilliant. The dried pasta is also much lighter so careful when measuring. Adjust menus accordingly and a great dish guaranteed
