I can’t tell you how nice this pasta is .
I ordered it and was sceptical about how nice it made out to be .
Came quickly and well packaged , the pasta was nice and big , didn’t need much of it . Had a nice portion of pasta with some butternut squash and chicken . I pinched a few pieces before adding ingredients. Was gorgeous .
The taste , the texture was just tasty , filling .
Over the past couple of days I made more dishes with the pasta .
I will deffo be ordering more . I totally recommend this product .

I have eaten spelt pasta for a few years now in an effort to reduce the amount of white wheat flour I eat so discovering Northern Pasta via social media was quite exciting! It cooks quite quickly and has a good bite to eat. The range of shapes is great and has even brought me back to fusilli, a shape I shunned for years! A lovely, thoughtfully produced product.
Buying was simple. I loved the pasta and it definitely feels much lighter than usual pasta, which is great for me. It's great that itÕ' a uk product too!
