Our award-winning Gigli, is almost too pretty to eat, almost! It's beautiful flower-like shape is perfect for holding creamier sauces and pestos while making your dish look (and taste!) next level. Crafted consciously using traditional Italians methods and with our beautiful British spelt; Northern Pasta Gigli is unbeatably delicious.
We craft all Northern Pasta at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with our signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give our pasta it's incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour & take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.

I know we will not be disappointed.
I had to try the full range having bought one packet and absolutely loved it. I’m not a great lover of pasta as it doesn’t always agree with me. However, Northern Pasta gave me no problems at all. It is delicious and (possibly too) easy to eat. The taste is nutty and creamy. A gorgeous partner for various sauces. So happy to try all the shapes too. I know I will be back for a repeat order. I loved how they packaged the box too. So beautiful.
