This was my first taste of spelt pasta having previously bought wholemeal pasta and what a revelation. It is a more expensive product however you do not need as much to satisfy you. Texture and flavour very palatable and I will buy again.

I couldn’t believe there could be so much of a difference in pasta!! I’ve given all my other dried pasta away and I’m only stocking this from now on. I’m just about to put in my second order of many.

Marvellous pasta

As a family we love pasta and the spelt version feels so much lighter and digestible. Radiatori is our new favourite!

Sent for the four packs pasta and i have to admit a bit sceptical. But the taste is lovely good texture and as a plus it’s an ancient grain sustainably grown by British farmers. I will definitely be ordering more and have recommended it to a vegan work colleague.

Why is the postage so expensive please?

This pasta is so different to the standard supermarket variety. It seems to have more 'body' and is more satisfying therefore you tend to use less. The suggested recipes have all been excellent so far
