How do I subscribe?
Click into any of our products and choose the Subscribe option, then select how often you'd like it delivered and check out.
How do I change my pasta shapes?
Log in to your account and scroll down to the purple circles then choose 'Edit products'. You can then swap or add new products to your subscription.
How do I add one off products to my next order?
Log into your account and find the You might also like section. You can click the + next to any of these to add it to your next order as a one off.
How can I update my address?
Log in to your account and scroll down to your subscription. Next to Shipping information click Edit to make changes to your delivery address then save.
Please note, if a subscription order is already being processed we may not be able to update the address, please get in touch if you've had a notification that your delivery is being sent and you need to change the address.
How can I update my payment method?
Log in to your account and scroll down to your subscription. Next to Billing click Edit to make changes to your payment method then save.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and scroll down to the purple circles then choose Skip, Pause or Next order date to skip your next order, pause your subscription or choose a specific next order date. You can also choose cancel if you want to cancel your subscription.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes, our pick and mix box makes the perfect gift, available to send as a one off or as a pre-paid subscription.
This means you can pay for the subscription up front and send it to a friend so they’ll get a delivery of pasta each month. They can also log in and change their delivery address or the date for their delivery if needed.
