Really blown away by how great Northern Pasta is. Great flavour, really filling yet not stodgy at all. Great local spelt too ! Absolutely excellent, will never buy pasta in a shop again.

I was surprised at how much flavour is in this pasta.
I also found it filled me up for longer and I’ve tried some of your recipes and I’m truly impressed.

Well worth the money to have a tasty pasta that is good hot or cold and way better than gluten free for me .

Just love the spelt pasta. Quick to cook, light to eat. I wish I could pick it up from a supermarket shelf in my town.
