Full of good stuff and very tasty

I had to try the full range having bought one packet and absolutely loved it. I’m not a great lover of pasta as it doesn’t always agree with me. However, Northern Pasta gave me no problems at all. It is delicious and (possibly too) easy to eat. The taste is nutty and creamy. A gorgeous partner for various sauces. So happy to try all the shapes too. I know I will be back for a repeat order. I loved how they packaged the box too. So beautiful.

I love this pasta in all its shapes! It’s so tasty yet delicately flavoured, and versatile. It’s a bonus that it’s made in Britain with British spelt flour. A winner for me!

Bought this because I’m a fan of the farmer who grows the wheat, and when you can say that you know it’s proper food. Plus, a great texture to hood sauce and you can tel it’s been dried slowly.
