Tried this pasta - as saw it on social media - liked the story and sounded good. Have had a couple of meals so far and it is easy to cook and a good pasta . I can’t say I notice a big taste difference between this and wheat pasta dried or fresh but I’m not sure my taste is that sensitive.
I did two of the northern pasta recipes with it - they were very tasty and in fact unusual recipes from the normal pasta recipes we see- will try more .
But otherwise I like it and packaging is good too. As a fan of whole grain stuff for healthy eating I think I’d prefer to buy a whole grain version if there was one.
