We're so excited for your book, are there any pasta recipes you can't wait to share with us?

There is a whole pasta chapter dedicated to the good stuff! My personal favourites are the sausage and walnut cheats lasagne, the chicken butter tagliatelle and a cavalo and taleggio number.

What seasonal ingredients are you looking forward to cooking with in February?

I am loving celeriac at the moment - a little pile of remoulade is going with lots of meals I cook.

Do you have a favourite Northern Pasta shape?

The Radiatori, always and forever.

What does a Friday night at home look like for you?

My dream Friday night looks like having a bath, lighting candles, and curling up on the sofa in a dressing gown with a big bowl of pasta and a glass of wine. After that, probably dozing off in front of some reality telly.

Any nostalgic recipes which take you back to your childhood?

There was a dish called red rice that my mum used to make when I was quite small that I think about all the time - it was rice baked with onions, red peppers, tinned tomato and chopped up salami. A very simple, warming number.

What are you looking forward to this year?

I’m so excited for Tucking In to be out in the world and to see people cooking recipes from it. Oh, and also my wedding!

Finally, any brands, places, people, podcasts you'd like to shout out?

I am absolutely loving the Sentimental Garbage podcast at the moment, as well as Botivo to drink, and Malaysian Deli for a local bite to eat.
