My son has just been diagnosed as gluten intolerant and someone suggested Northern Pasta. It was an instant hit, so much so now even the whole family has said they prefer it to normal pasta. It is absolutely delicious.

This pasta is delicious ! Once tried, you cannot go back to other brands.
I find that I eat less of it as it’s so filling, it has a great flavor and texture. It stands alone without sauce !
