Northern Pasta Co x Restaries Competition – Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Northern Pasta Co, in partnership with Restaries.

2. The competition opens on 23 July 2026 and closes at 11:00pm on 9 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.

3. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Northern Pasta Co, Restaries, Tait Miller, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. To enter, participants must:

• Like the competition Instagram post.

• Tag at least one foodie friend in the comments.

• Follow all three Instagram accounts: @northernpastaco, @restaries, and @taitmiller.

5. Participants may receive one additional entry by completing the official competition Typeform, which requires:

• Providing a valid email address.

• Agreeing to subscribe to both the Northern Pasta Co and Restaries mailing lists.

• Sharing an idea for how they would cook Northern Pasta Co pasta.

6. Each participant may receive a maximum of two entries:

• One entry for completing the Instagram entry requirements.

• One additional entry for completing the competition Typeform.

7. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Participants who complete both the Instagram entry requirements and the Typeform will receive two entries into the prize draw. The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.

8. The winner will receive:

• A two-night stay for two at a Restaries luxury retreat (valid for stays from September 2026 onwards, subject to availability and any booking terms set by Restaries).

• £150 credit to spend at the Re Store on food and drink for their stay.

• A Northern Pasta Co Pasta Lover's Bundle, including six bags of Northern Pasta Co pasta and the new Northern Pasta Co cookbook.

9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoters reserve the right to substitute any element of the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

10. The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their winning entry (either via Instagram direct message or the email address provided in the Typeform). If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, or does not respond within a reasonable period, the promoters reserve the right to select another winner.

11. The hotel stay must be booked directly with Restaries and will be subject to availability and any applicable booking terms. Travel to and from the retreat and any additional costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

12. By entering via the Typeform, participants confirm that the cooking idea they submit is their own original idea.

13. By entering, participants agree that Northern Pasta Co and Restaries may use the winner's first name and county of residence, and any submitted cooking idea, in connection with announcing or promoting the competition, without additional payment.

14. By submitting a Typeform entry, participants consent to joining both the Northern Pasta Co and Restaries marketing mailing lists. Personal data will be used to administer the competition and to send marketing communications from both brands. Participants may unsubscribe from either mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.

15. The hotel stay is valid for bookings from September 2026 onwards, subject to availability. Bank holidays are excluded. The prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2027. The stay is for two adults, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

16. This competition is promoted via Instagram. A standard entry is made by completing the Instagram actions set out in the competition post. Participants may receive one additional entry by completing the official competition Typeform.

17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

18. The promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

19. By entering this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
