I have eaten spelt pasta for a few years now in an effort to reduce the amount of white wheat flour I eat so discovering Northern Pasta via social media was quite exciting! It cooks quite quickly and has a good bite to eat. The range of shapes is great and has even brought me back to fusilli, a shape I shunned for years! A lovely, thoughtfully produced product.

Purchased as a Xmas gift. Pasta looks lovely can’t wait to use it . Love the recipe card included for ideas. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

I found this pasta brand initially at Gloucester Services and then bought some online. It’s absolutely delicious with a lighter nuttier flavour and texture than traditional pasta. I love the care that goes into making it and the packaging reminds me of old corner grocery shops. I also love that it doesn’t take as long to cook.

Great pasta with and interesting texture from using spelt. A very filling meal.
